Hi there!

I'm Andrew Novotny, a user experience designer who creates holistic solutions for startups and enterprise companies. I savor tackling complex problems to create effective solutions that allow people to reach their goals efficiently. I leverage my background in design, psychology, linguistics, gaming, and technology to build  products that help users and businesses reach their goals. In my free time, I tinker on side projects, actively discussing with the design community, mentoring designers, and design consulting. I’m working at Medbridge to make the lives of patients and clinicians better in a multitude of ways, from continuing education for physicians and nurses, to improving electronic medical records.

There’s a lot more beyond what’s here! Some of my most recent work hasn’t been published here yet - much of it can’t be. The best way to learn about my skills and what I have to offer is to meet with me.
