Hi there!

I'm Andrew Novotny, a user experience designer who creates holistic solutions for startups and enterprise companies. I savor tackling complex problems to create effective solutions that allow people to reach their goals efficiently. I leverage my background in design, psychology, linguistics, gaming, and technology to build  products that help users and businesses reach their goals. In my free time, I tinker on side projects, actively discussing with the design community, mentoring designers, and design consulting. Now I’m looking to leverage my wide breadth of experiences to go deep into interesting complex problem spaces.

There’s a lot more beyond what’s here! Some of my most recent work hasn’t been published here yet - much of it can’t be. The best way to learn about my skills and what I have to offer is to meet with me.
